What You’ll Do
The person will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Unico's productivity assets and tools, ensuring the best experience for our "Seres" (a term Unico uses for its employees, translating to "Beings"). The position requires skills to solve medium to high-complexity technical problems in hardware, software, and IT infrastructure, in addition to an interest in automation and scripting. The professional will be directly involved in support, diagnosis, and operational improvements, while collaborating on the implementation and maintenance of network and infrastructure systems. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with the various areas of the organization, as is a keen sense of urgency and prioritization. The individual must act with autonomy, demonstrating efficient time management and organization with demands. This is a global role, serving and supporting all Unico "Seres" regardless of their country, location, or language.
Main Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to all Unico "Seres," resolving issues with hardware, software, and technology assets in the offices.

Administer and support our corporate productivity tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace, among others.

Manage the lifecycle of IT assets (laptops, mobile phones, etc.), including acquisition, configuration, distribution, and disposal.

Maintain the network infrastructure of our offices.

Develop scripts and automations to optimize IT processes and routines.

Collaborate with the "On-Call" team to ensure the availability of our services outside of business hours.

Document procedures and create training materials for users and for the knowledge base of AI agents.
Requirements and Qualifications:

English is mandatory; Spanish and Portuguese will be a differential for communication with global teams.

Experience with technical support for hardware (desktops, laptops, etc.) and operating systems (Windows, macOS).

Knowledge of corporate productivity tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace).

Programming logic for developing simple scripts and automations (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, or N8N).

Knowledge of network and infrastructure administration (configuration of switches, routers, Wi-Fi).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is based in our office located in Menlo Park, CA, USA, On-site.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary range $112.200 up to $140.256,00 per year - negotiable
